Well, just like that.. Christmas lights came down, performance quotas reset, and the boys are back to work - ready for the 2025 St. Joe's Men's Lacrosse Season.

Opener on Sweeney this Saturday, Feb 8th @ 12p ET, against old NEC foe Sacred Heart. From there: @Duke, Monmouth, @Towson, @Drexel, 'Nova, @Penn, Providence...then conference play where Sweeney Field is the set host for A10 Championship Weekend (5/1-5/3)

With Bohmer, Anderson, Page & Co. more focused on filing taxes by deadline this April; first half of the season brings loads of opportunity for guys to stake their claims as the new 1st liners ahead of A10 play. Look for senior captain Griffin Mallory to backbone an offensive unit refurbished with a variety of familiar and new faces. Headliners heading into week 1 are returning mids Jesse Jason & Mark Watters and the anticipated debut of transfer southpaw Richie LaCalandra on attack. 

What remains constant is a stingy, veteran St. Joe's defense led by captains Levi Verch, Mike Gaughan & Liam Quinn. Sprinkle in a veteran Ryan Bradley and hungry young guns in Tommy Gross & Danny Gaalas - this group could become a recurring nightmare for opposing coaching staffs. Long live the 10-man

We're looking for Alumni volunteers to help stand up the tailgate tent for home games. Reach out if you want to help take HLA events to the next level.

• Rally teammates, friends, family, and fans out for the 7 games on Sweeney.

• Need small committee of recent grads for alumni wknd planning (Mar 29th v UMass). If you're willing/able to take point or help please shoot me a note.
